The party was really, really cool, even though everybody thought I was like 14 instead of 21, as predicted. (Story of my life. *sigh* The bouncer guy scrutinized my ID for 80 forevers before he finally gave me the little stamp thingie on my hand. Urgh.)

Kara the dovely radish sister and I got there at 1:00 to decorate 'cause we were on the decorating committee. (Well, okay, technically I was not officially on the committee but oh well.) So I hope you guys all appreciated our little alien dolls that we tied the balloons on, and the picture wall with the glow in the dark stars, and the alien blow-up doll (Kara blew it up herself!), and all of the other dovely accents that were all over the place. I liked Maria's alien voodoo doll! And the Barbies from Barbie Roswell Theater, yes! Too cool. :) :)

But anyway, Kara and I made 16 radishes out of Fimo clay the night before the party. And we also bought 16 plastic fake radishes from... Michael's, of course! :) (Anybody wanna adopt a Michael Clone? michaelclone/index.html Free advertising's fun. *g* )

We planned on handing them out to random people at the party, and maybe any cast members that showed up. We put them all in my clear green plastic purse for the night (I had to take out my purse My Little Pony... *wails* ), and we tied weird little sayings on them, like quotes from episodes, RE quotes, I put a couple of Beatles lyrics, and stuff like Majandra Rocks, M&M Forever, etc. :)

We were kinda worried the party was going to suck because it was so small and dark in the club... And we kept hearing that the cast wasn't going to walk around, they were just going to parade on the stage at one point and leave. Although that would've been cool too, it wouldn't have been the same! (

We changed in the bathroom of the club and then we got kicked out because we weren't committee heads. So we had to stand outside in line with everybody else. It was interesting to see everybody's different outfits. There were all types of people, from jeans and t-shirts (me and Kara!) to people who were all-out dressed up in their Coyote Ugly clothes. *sly grin* I was the tiny little dark-haired one with the crazy curls (usually my hair's not that curly but it was so hot in the club that my hair just curled right up I guess!) and the Rainbow Brite t-shirt if anybody cares... *beams* Which Majandra said she liked! But I'll get to that later. ;) Everybody called me cute 50 million times... *sigh*

We snagged one of the booths because we put our bags and stuff in the booth before we went back outside. Me, Kara, the drooly loveslave Tim, Kim (Jezzie), Kim's mom, and Julie all shared a booth together.

We just walked around the party, meeting everybody and handing out radishes. People kept coming up to me and Kara and asking if we were Kara and Emily. LOL. I guess the infamous radish duo is almost as well known as the Roswell cast. *g*

And Kara gave Kevin Kelly Brown a radish! :) We didn't even realize that it was him at first. Me, Julie, and Kara wanted to take a picture over by the wall with all of the cast pictures that we'd put up, and Kevin Kelly Brown happened to be standing next to us. I thought maybe he was somebody important 'cause he looked familiar to me but we didn't know who he was until somebody said that it was Kevin Kelly Brown. And Kara gave him a radish that said, "Because dove and doors and rainbows and pixies are so much stronger than destiny", or something along that line anyway. (I made that up. *proud smile* ) And we explained how we're Egyptian because we completely deny that 'Destiny' ever even happened. ;) Mr. Brown was very cool and nice. Kara even told him about RE and RU.

We met a whole bunch of different people, which was very cool. :) Even though it was dark so it was hard to see everybody's name tags, which was kinda bad. It would've been easier to meet people if we could've seen the name tags a little better... *sigh* Hmm, I wonder if Brendan had a Spiderman one? ;)

Tiffany gave me a fairy drawing! Two of them! Yay. :) Thank you, Tiffany. They're cool. Fairies are spiffy. :)

There was an auction and somebody paid $4000 for Jason Behr's scrubs, which I'm sure everybody has heard about already... I didn't bid on anything, but Kara bid on a Mudd pants/shirt set or something along that line and won... I think they should've auctioned off Maria's aqua bra! *g*

We saw almost all of the Roswell cast walking around. William Sadler was there practically the entire night walking around... We saw the guy who played Nasedo/Ed Harding. And I got to shake Shiri Appleby's hand. ;) Kara talked to Katherine and Colin. I didn't get a chance to though. We also saw Nick, who was just as crazy as I thought he would be. I didn't see Jason or Emilie. But Emilie seemed really nice when she was up on stage... I don't think she's at all like Tess. And Jason made all of the Dreamgirls in their little Dreamgirl pins squeal when he was talking to the crowd. *g* It made me kinda mad 'cause every time that Max and Liz kissed on the giant tv screen that was above the stage where they were playing Roswell eppies, they'd all start screaming... I kept thinking something was going on, but nope... Just Max and Liz. But all of the Candygirls screamed when The Dreams That Shall Not Be Spoken Of came on so I guess I'm being a hypocrite. *g*

The bestest part was meeting Brendan and my birthday twin Majandra! :) Even though I already met Brendan once... *g* They were down on the floor and there was a ton and a half of people surrounding them, but somehow me and Kara maneuvered our way through the crowd to get to them. Call it the power of the Radish if you will... :) First we talked to Brendan. He remembered us! :) He said that he still had my camel that I gave him in New England... And Kara finally explained the whole camel thing to him. It was so cool. And she told him that Majandra was my birthday twin, and he's like, "Oooh." *g*

And Kara told Brendan about how annoyed we were about the whole Michael/Isabel thing, and this is straight from Brendan's mouth, he said that he liked Katie and everything, but no... He wants Michael and Maria to be together too... Yay, Candygirls! :) (Sorry, Cliffhangers.) I'm pretty sure Majandra feels the same way, so I don't think us Candygirls have to worry too much about our M&M. Although it will be tough for them at first, of course... *sigh*

And then we got to talk to Majandra, and we told her about the whole birthday twin thing, and she's like, "Oh, yeah? That's cool." She's so spiffy. :) And we asked her if she got my card that I sent her, and she said, "Oh yeah, you were gonna send me a card or something... but I didn't get it." *Emily pauses to stick her tongue out at the WB mail people for losing her birthday twin's card* Of course, she probably thought I was younger than her even though I'm like 2 years older than her, but that's okay... *g*

I just think it's cool that they remember people like that... And we gave both Brendan and Majandra two radishes. They were the only cast members who got radishes... 'Cause we were too rushed with the other cast members that we met, and plus, Brendan and Majandra are M&M and they're specialer and stuff... Kara gave Majandra the radish that advertised the Michael Clone website, arghhh! Oh well, I don't care, Majandra, you can adopt one if you want. ;) Even though you get him in real life and on the show... *Emily pauses to grumble to herself* And I don't know what the other ones were that they got 'cause it was too dark to see. Hmm.

Me, Kara, and her drooly loveslave went down to the basement. We decided to wait for the elevator, and guess who was on it going down? Colin Hanks! :) So we waved and said hi to him but the bodyguards wouldn't let us get on the elevator with him...

Then Kara went upstairs to get the auction stuff that she had won, and me and Tim (the drooly loveslave, y'know ;) ) waited downstairs for her... Brendan and Majandra walked back down. I think the stars were all holed up in this little room that said Do Not Enter down in the basement... Hmm, if it was a movie I could've found some clever way to distract the two security guards that were standing there and slip inside, but darn. Life's not a movie. *g* So I waved hi to them when they walked through and they both said hi back and smiled at me. :)

And then they got up on stage and did their little speech thingies, and it was so funny because Brendan got up and said, "You guys all suck!" while everybody else was being all nice and saying how great we are... LOL. Definite spazz material. ;) He also pretended to moon us and make fart noises. Gahhh... Typical guy, I'm telling you. *g* And Majandra teased us by saying she was gonna sing and then she just handed the microphone off to Nick. Grrr... Bad birthday twin. *g*

Then when it was almost time to leave, it was maybe like 9:30 or so, and I was in the upstairs part of the club while Kara was trying to track down all of the green alien beanbag dolls and make sure nobody stole them... Even though I think people did. You know who you are. *glare* So expect a very angry pair of radish sisters at your door any day now... Grrrrrrrrrr... Yes. Anybody who met me last night knows I am not at all intimidating but it's fun to pretend like I am at least... ;)

So anyway, there weren't too many people left upstairs, and I was hanging out over by the railing looking down at all of the people who were on the dance floor, when I noticed a side door open and Brendan and Majandra slipped inside. Nobody else even noticed, except for me and Julie... So Julie egged me to go over there and ask them if they got Jezzie's M&M Easter baskets... He hee... :)

So I went over to where they were standing by the railing. Still nobody had even noticed them there, 'cause they were kinda hunched down over the railing and you couldn't even really see them... But I knew it was them. *g*

I squished in next to Brendan and asked him if he got the baskets, and he said no... :( I exclaimed in a fit of passion, "Do you guys just not get anything that we send to you or what?" LOL. I swear the WB is like the Gestapo or something... *g* He said it just takes a long time sometimes, especially when there's a lot of mail coming in.

To be on the safe side, and 'cause I wanted an excuse to talk to Majandra I asked Majandra too... :) She said that she didn't get hers either... And then she said that she liked my shirt. So we kinda bonded over Rainbow Brite and The Last Unicorn and stuff for a while... :) It was very cool. Agh, but there was like so much stuff that I wanted to ask her but my mind was at a total blank... Even though I think I did better than a lot of people would, because I just talked to them like they were normal people. *shrugs* I think they're cool. And I'm pretty sure they *are* going out 'cause they were being all dovey with each other all night... *melts*

Everybody sang 'Resting Here With Me' when it came on together, which was so cool. We were all walking around together singing it while it was on. That rocked. *g*

And I think I'm going to shut up now 'cause I've been typing this for a long time and you guys are probably sick of reading about my little adventure in Roswell-land, so I'm going to sign off now... :) In short, the party was awesome and definitely worth everything involved in getting here! :)

And if anybody actually reads this whole big long thing you get a special golden radish from me... *g*

P.S. Kara's glad 'cause Brendan didn't seem to remember the chip incident... Although he did remember when I made him write the word 'toque' on his autograph... *g*
